Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 June 2026
Pulls Entreprenad AB cares about your personal privacy. In this policy we describe how we process personal data when you visit and use pulls.se: what data we collect and why, how long we keep it, who we share it with and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The policy also describes how we use cookies and obtain your consent.
Data controller
The data controller for the processing of your personal data is Pulls Entreprenad AB, company reg. no. 559037-0119, Linta Gårdsväg 17B, 168 74 Bromma, Sweden. You can reach us by email at rivning@pulls.se or by telephone on 08-551 069 55.
What data we collect and why
Contact form and quotation requests
When you send a quotation request via the contact form, we process the information you fill in. The mandatory information is your name, your email address and a short description of your enquiry. You may also choose to provide your company, telephone number and the address of the property, but those fields are optional. Together with the request, technical information about the language and the service page you started from is also transmitted. We do not collect any other data via the form. The purpose is to enable us to respond to your request and provide a quotation. The form is handled via the Formspree service (Formspree, Inc., USA), which acts as our data processor and forwards your request to Pulls as an email message.
Web analytics
We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-M10V5GHV08) to understand how the website is used so that we can improve it. Analytics is switched off by default via Google Consent Mode: no analytics cookie is set and no measurement is stored until you yourself click “Accept” in the cookie banner. Only then is the storage of analytics data activated. When analytics is enabled, it is carried out with IP anonymisation, which means that your IP address is truncated before it is processed. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Cookies and local storage
To remember your choice in the cookie banner, we store a value under the key “cookie-consent” in your browser’s local storage (localStorage). That storage is necessary for the website to function and does not require consent. Cookies from Google Analytics (e.g. _ga and _ga_*) are only set if you have consented to web analytics; storing or reading such cookies requires your consent under both the Electronic Communications Act and the General Data Protection Regulation. The consent state is managed via Google’s Consent Mode v2, which by default denies all storage (both analytics and any advertising) until you give your approval – we do not use any advertising or marketing cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts on every page, and on the contact page we also display an embedded Google Maps map. When these load, Google may receive data, such as your IP address, and may set cookies where applicable; this happens regardless of your cookie choice. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie banner or by clearing and blocking cookies in your browser.
Legal basis
When you send a quotation request, we process your data in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If instead you contact us with a general enquiry that is not aimed at a contract, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in being able to respond to and handle your enquiry (Article 6(1)(f)). The processing for web analytics is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that took place before you withdrew your consent.
How long we keep data
We keep data from contact and quotation requests for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship. After that, we keep the data only for as long as we are required to by law, in particular the archiving period for accounting records under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act, which requires storage for seven years after the end of the financial year where applicable. Data collected via web analytics is stored in accordance with Google’s default data retention setting in Google Analytics; after that it is deleted or anonymised.
Recipients and third-party services
We never sell your personal data. In order to run the website and handle requests, we engage certain suppliers that process data on our behalf: Formspree (form handling) and Google (Analytics, Maps and Fonts). Some of these services may process data outside the EU/EEA, primarily in the USA. Where this happens, the transfer is made with applicable safeguards depending on the recipient, for example the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or, for certified US recipients, the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to request access to the personal data we process about you and to have inaccurate data corrected. You also have the right, in certain cases, to request erasure or restriction of the processing, to object to processing and to receive your data in a machine-readable format (data portability). If you have given consent to web analytics, you can withdraw it at any time. If you wish to exercise any of your rights, please contact us at rivning@pulls.se. We will respond to your request without undue delay and normally within one month. To protect your data, we may need to ask you to verify your identity before we carry out the request.
Complaints
If you consider that we are processing your personal data incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY), which is the supervisory authority for data protection in Sweden. You can find more information at imy.se.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy, for example in the event of changes to our operations or to applicable legislation. The latest version is always published on this page, together with the date on which it was last updated.
