Services

We demolish everything from individual houses to office complexes, industrial halls, bridges and petrol stations. Whatever the scale, the approach is the same: thorough planning, safe execution and correct handling of all material that leaves the site.

Heavy demolition

Machine demolition of concrete, steel and heavy foundations. Our machine fleet is based in Bromma and equipped with specialist attachments for work at height, in confined spaces and in all weather conditions.

Soft strip and selective demolition

We strip out and dispose of finishes, plasterboard walls, suspended ceilings, fixtures and fittings – quickly and with minimal impact on the rest of the building. Selective demolition means removing only what is necessary, which reduces both waste volumes and cost.

Reuse

In every demolition we actively look for building products and materials that can be reused. We carry out reuse inventories, dismantle carefully, sort and store materials where needed – and document everything with receipts. This provides input for the control plan, moves the project higher up the waste hierarchy and meets the circularity requirements that more and more clients now set.

Manual demolition

In sensitive environments and confined spaces that machines cannot reach, we work with hand tools, with precision and without consequential damage.

Dismantling

Dismantling and removal of residential modules, steel-clad halls and installations where the material is to be reused or relocated.

Bridge works

We have recurring assignments on bridges – primarily removal of surfacing, waterproofing and asphalt ahead of new wearing courses, including on Västerbron and the Torsvik bridges on Lidingö. We also carry out demolition of bridge decks and can remove entire bridge structures where required.

FAQ

Questions about demolition

Do I need a demolition permit?

Usually yes. Within a detailed development plan area a demolition permit is required; otherwise a demolition notification to the municipality. We help you with the demolition plan, the notification and the contact with the municipality.

Do you handle asbestos and other hazardous waste?

Yes. We carry out a material inventory and remove asbestos, PCB and other hazardous waste with certified staff before demolition. Everything is handled and documented in line with current regulations.

What does a demolition cost?

It depends on the size of the object, the materials, access and how much abatement is needed. We make a site visit and give you a clear quote with no hidden costs – get in touch and we'll respond quickly.

How long does a demolition project take?

From a day for smaller jobs to several weeks for larger objects. We set a realistic schedule at the quote stage and keep you updated throughout the work.

What happens to the demolition material?

We sort the material on site for reuse and recycling and document every fraction. As little as possible goes to landfill – good for both the environment and the budget.
