About Pulls Entreprenad
Pulls Entreprenad's roots go back to 1970, when Hans Pulls founded the family's demolition company. In 2015 his son Alexander Pulls took over and started the business afresh in Bromma – a new company and a fresh start, built on generations of craftsmanship. We carry out demolition, groundworks and remediation contracts across Greater Stockholm and Mälardalen, with around ten employees and over 100 years of combined experience in demolition – several of the team have worked in the industry for more than 40 years.
Our clients are mainly public-sector bodies, property companies and larger businesses. We carry out most assignments as turnkey contracts, taking responsibility for the entire chain: demolition permits, planning, risk analyses, remediation, demolition, soil management and reinstatement. The client has one point of contact, one schedule and one invoice.

How we work
We analyse the property and produce a demolition plan, cost estimate and logistics solution that minimises downtime and disruption. We prepare risk analyses, control plans and site disposition plans, and guide the client through demolition permits and dealings with the authorities.
Safe execution with a modern, environmentally approved machine fleet based in Bromma. All material is classified and reported.
Complete documentation – environmental reports, waste records and supporting material for the final approval.
Management system
Quality, environment & health and safety
We work in accordance with a structured management system for quality, environment and health and safety (in Swedish, KMA), with defined policies and systematic procedures on every project — from tender to completion.
Quality
A process-oriented and risk-based way of working. Self-inspections and work-task planning, non-conformity management with root-cause analysis, and follow-up against clear objectives.
Environment
A life-cycle perspective and the management of significant environmental aspects — particularly during remediation. Materials and spoil handling focused on maximising recycling and reuse, and reduced emissions from machinery and transport.
Health and safety
Systematic work-environment management in accordance with AFS (the Swedish Work Environment Authority's provisions) — risk assessments, safety inspections and work-task planning, for example for silica dust during heavy demolition. Clear control of subcontractors and a culture in which incidents and near-misses are reported and investigated.

A modern, environmentally approved machinery fleet sized for demolition, groundworks and remediation — the right machine for every job.
Tracked excavators
From 1 to 30 tonnes. Volvo EC300ENL, EC300EL and EC140, CAT 323F and Takeuchi TB290-2 – all fitted with OilQuick couplers for fast, safe attachment changes. Plus a 1-tonne Airmax AX10 for tight, sensitive spaces.
Wheeled excavators
Hyundai HW140 with tiltrotator and grab cassette – fast movement between work areas.
Specialist attachments
Hydraulic hammer, sorting grab, concrete shear, grading bucket and frost hook – the right tool for every task.
Ancillary equipment
Containers, a service vehicle with spill response capability, and equipment for containment and protective covering.
In-house service
Our own mechanic services and repairs the machines – both in the workshop and out in the field. That means high availability and minimal downtime.
All machines are inspected annually in accordance with AFS and carry fire safety certification in accordance with SBF 127.
Terms and affiliations
We are members of Maskinentreprenörerna and apply the collective agreement (Maskinföraravtalet, concluded between Maskinentreprenörerna and Seko). We use ID06 on all sites. Pulls Entreprenad holds the UC seal and a UC credit rating of Silver.
